Brassavola nodosa 'Josephine' x Cattleya alagoensis
New micro-minicatt hybrid! Cattleya alagoensis (aka Sophronitis alagoensis) is a very similar species to Sophronitis cernua. The flowers are nearly identical, but alagoensis is much smaller and the flowers are more of a coral orange/pink. This hybrid will probably look a lot like Bs. Waipuna (Soph. cernua x B. nodosa), but may have more color and be a little smaller. Easy growing. Grow in bright light, and let dry well between watering. These will grow very well in a basket, or mounted. Established in a 2" pot!
