COVID-19 Shipping Update
As of April 2020, USPS and all domestic shipping carriers have experienced a significant strain on their capabilities. A combination of reduced staff, as well as a surge in demand has caused inescapable delays in our mail system.
Because of these delays, HDO will use UPS as our primary shipping service for the foreseeable future. USPS is still available on request (for example, to a PO box), but using this service is at the risk of the consumer, and HDO bares no responsibility for any damage to plants caused by postal delays.
